Content not loading in Chrome and Safari

Hi

Some of the content I have created is not loading in Chrome and Safari but is loading in Firefox. My details are:

WordPress 5.2.2 running Executive Pro theme. Using Genesis 3.1.0.

An example page is https://www.biz-e-training.com/jeff-bezos-amazon-founder/

All the activities load with Firefox but in Safari and Chrome the Before you watch (Dialogue cards) and While you watch (Interactive video) are not loading.

Has anyone else had a similar problem? Can anyone suggest the possible causes and, if possible, solutions?

Hi Carl,

Both are loading without any problems using Safari/Chrome. You might want to check if you are seeing any error messages in the browser console. You can also try disabling plugins in your browser to try to isolate the issue.

Thanks for the advice. It's a big help. I'll try what you suggest. What puzzles me is that the problem doesn't seem entirely consistent. On this page - https://www.biz-e-training.com/ai-friend-or-foe/ -  for example, the same activity types are working without a problem.

Hi Carl,

There is a possibility that that on the specific page there is something that is conflicting with the H5P contents coupled with something in the browser. I can only speculate here since the issue is not reproducible on my end.
