H5P Flash cards update issue in Moodle 3.7

We have been experieicng issues with the Flash card content type.

Detailed steps to replicate the issue:

1. Add the H5P activity to the  Moodle unit using the Add Activity/Resource
2. Select the H5P content feature
3. Under H5P, select the Flash card content type 
4. Select on Update
5. The content type runs thorugh the update process and returns the message "Flash cards successfully installed"

Result: The update operation takes place, however the Update button still persists.
Expected result: The content type should be updated and the update button should not exist, after the update is completed.
