Quiz not displaying

Forums:
We have been experiencing issues with our students clicking on a Quiz, and the content doesn't display.
The only work around we have is that if you go in to the editor view of the quiz and click save, it will "reset" for all users and WILL display properly.
The way our course is set up, we have a new batch of students going through a course every 2 weeks so it's a constant re-occuring issue for our schoolhouse.
PLEASE HELP!
Summary:
Can't see my quiz!

BV52,Unfortunately this issue
BV52,
Unfortunately this issue is so random that we have no way to provide reproduction steps. This issue is very isolated. We are only seeing this happen to some students. They can access the quiz the first time around no issue; but after an undefined (sometimes its the second attempt, sometimes it's the 5th) students tell us that the quiz won't display at all.
It looks like the HVP opject is blank in the developer console.
2.) v 3.5
3.) Desktop
4.) Firefox
5.) question set activities are on version 1.16.4
6-11 n/a

Hi Javen,
This would be a bit tricky because of its randomness, however I will try to reproduce this on my end. Can you please verify a few things:
1. You are creating your contents in Moodle?
2. Which version of Firefox?
In the meantime you can also try disabling other plugins to try to isolate the issue, Themes and security plugins usually are at the top of the list.
