Interactive Video - Video format not supported on Safari in Iphone

Hi, as stated in the above section, h5p interactive video cannot be displayed on Iphone. since I have been trying all types of formats, it just shows as Video Format not supported. It works perfectly fine on computer though.

Can anyone please support me on this?

Hi Bearcupine,

Would you mind providing the following:

  1. Where are you creating your contents (H5P.org, Wordpress, Durpal or Moodle)?
  2. Do you see the issue when checking the test contents here.
  3. What is the version of your Iphone?
  4. Do you have a test content that we an check?

I tried to download and reuse the demo content but this is what happens when I uploaded it to the moodle.

1, I created my content on Moodle

2, wow, surprisingly, it's working on the test content. So it might be the codec problem?

3, My iphone version is ios12.2 iPhone Xs Max.

4, I might be able to provide a test account

Hi Bearcupine,

Edit: I did not see your other message.

You mentioned that you uploaded the test content from H5P.org and you are seeing the same issue. This means that there is a setting or two in Moodle that is causing the issue. Please check the browser console for any error messages.
