Perhaps this is a problem with h5p.org's drupal site.
The same problem happens with interative videos single choice option.
The first question is OK, but the second question isn't.

I don't think that's the problem.
I'm pretty sure that I typed them in yesterday and didn't copy and paste them.
I tried it again, by adding a couple of more questions to https://h5p.org/node/483758
One of the questions worked OK, the other question had the CSS code in with one of the choices. See attached image.

I'm not sure why this is happening but I did check the settings of the question (screenshot 1) and the code is in there. Once I delete these codes the activity looks normal (screenshot 2).
