Empty Content Moodle

Hi,

I had to migrate our Moodle server to a new one because the old one the OS just died. 

The old server was W2012 Server with IIS 8

Everything is working fine except the courses that have H5P content. When I open the course and click the H5P course icon, the course is empty.

If I try to create a new content, it let me choose but nothing happens.

Windows 2019 Server

IIS 10

Moodle 3.6.1+ (Build: 20181220)

MariaDB 10.3

PHP v7.2.9

H5P v1.14

Content type:  Course Presentation

Browser: Chrome, Edge

No PHP Errors

The data migration was as recommended by moodle: https://docs.moodle.org/36/en/Moodle_migration

Any help or recommendation is appreciated.

The issue was the antivirus. Although no warning or log was showing in the AntiVirus, a PHP error lead me to the problem. I had to configure an exception in the AntiVirus for the database. Once did that H5P begun to work without any problem.
