Answers not submitting in Interactive Video

Hello,  

We recently just started to use H5P to help our videos become more interactive.  I started using this about a month ago.  Today I was setting up a video to have single set questions disbursed throughout a video and then a final question in the summary.  After testing this a few times, I realized the grades were not submitting to Moodle (v3.1)  

When I created the same type of quiz-set previously, there was a button to submit answers.  This did send the grade to Moodle.  The only thing that has changed is there was an update to the interactive video when I went to use it yesterday.  Do you know if there was a bug?

I am using Chrome as my browser

This is my first post - so please let me know if there is anything I should be doing differently.

Hi Valerie,

Can you please double check if there is a "Submit Screen" at the end of the video. You can do this by clicking on the star icon in edit mode, this should show you at least one in the list with the timecode. If you are not seeing any you can add the submit screen using that button as well.
