Possibility for a score per answer

Not sure if this is possible, but is there a way to have a set multiple choice questions (Like the quiz set) but each answer provides a different score and at the end of the quiz the user is presented a total score. Any help appreciated.

Supporter votes Members of the Supporter Network can vote for feature requests. When the supporter network has generated sufficient funding for the top voted feature request it will normally be implemented and released. More about the H5P Supporter Network

I'm afraid this is not possible as of the moment not unless you make changes to the code.
