Pausing Interactive Video

How do you pause the video at a specific point but without a label or element?

Is this possible?

 I'm looking for a way to do this in Interactive Video.

This is not currently supported. It would be nice to know in which scenario this would be needed?

In any instructional video where the teacher says a word and then gives the student time to memorise it and pronounce it.

If there were many words, there would be no need to keep showing text every time the video paused.
