Course Presentation - How to open external PDF and Word document in new window

Hello All,

I have some PDF and Word documents for learner, would like to add them in H5P course presentation. When learner click on the button or image then document opens in new tab or window.

Is it possible in H5P plugins? Can someone guide me on how this can be achieved?

Note:

PDF and word documents on my local machine.
