Restauration Cours - Course Restoration

Bonjour,
Je poste dans ce forum sans être sur d'être dans le bon.

Mon problème :
Je viens de dupliquer ma plateforme Moodle à l'identique sur un autre machine.
Après restauration de ma base de données Moodle, le cours créer avec les outils H5P est visible mais lorsque l'utilisateur clique sur l'activité l'affichage est vide.

Par contre lorsque que j'accède aux paramétres de modification de l'activité, l'ensemble des éléments consitutant l'activité est bien présent et affiché.
Je peux ajouter une question (pour le quiz par exemple) mais après validation rien ne s'affiche pour l'utilisation du cours.

Je n'ai pas réussi à trouver ce qui cause cette anomalie.

I post in this forum without being sure of being in the good.

My problem :
I just duplicate my platform Moodle identically on another machine.
After restoring my Moodle database, the course create with H5P tools is visible but when the user clicks on the activity the display is empty.

On the other hand, when I access the modification parameters of the activity, all the elements constituting the activity are present and displayed.
I can add a question (for the quiz for example) but after validation nothing is displayed for the use of the course.

I could not find what is causing this anomaly.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues.

Could you try opening the browser console (Ctrl+Shift+J in Chrome) and check for any error messages in red?

Boujour ICC,
Merci d'avoir pris le temps de lire mon post et d'y répondre.
La console du navigateur fait apparaitre un message en rouge (copie écran jointe).

Bonjour,
Je viens de créer un nouveau cours sur mon Moodle dupliqué sur une autre machine.
L'ajout des activités H5P sont possibles avec l'ensemble des paramétrages proposés pour leur création.
Mais après validation de la création, l'affichage est vide lors du clic sur l'activité proposée.

Hello,
I just created a new course on my Moodle duplicated on another machine.
The addition of H5P activities is possible with all the settings proposed for their creation.
But after validation of the creation, the display is empty when clicking on the proposed activity.
I am enclosing a screen capture of the browser console with an error mentioned.

Hi, it seems like your H5P libraries has not been installed properly.
Have you set any particular settings for your backup server where you made the backup, e.g. 'mod_hvp_backup_libraries' ?
Are any of your libraries working at all ? Is the editor working ?

Please show the error messages you receive in your console and in your php server when you attempt these actions and also when you try to restore your backup. If possible can you share a URL to your site where this is happening or share your backup file with us so we can test restoring it locally, to debug what is wrong ?
