H5P content not loading in Apple devices and Android mobiles

Hi,

I am using H5P for my WordPress website.

I was working fine before. suddenly now I am getting content loading issues in Apple devices and Android mobile phones.

How can I fix this issue. What's causing this issue. Please help me.

Hi Sudeep,

In order to give your bug report the best chance of getting answered, please include the following information:

  1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)
  2. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.
  7. Any browser console errors
  8. Any PHP errors
  9. Screenshots if it's a visual problem

The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you'll have a working solution!

Hi BV52,

1. After adding the shortcode in the page, H5P content is not loading correctly in Ipad, iphone and in some of android mobiles. 

2. Wordpress 4.9.5

3. Iphone, Ipad, Android phones

4. All browsers

5. H5P Version 1.10.1

6. All content types

7. No console errors

8. No PHP errors

9. Find the attachment

In the attachments you can observe that in android phone only footer dots are loaded and in the iphone and ipad nothing is loaded.

Thank you for the additional information. Although this brings me to the site's homepage and as far as I can see there are no H5P contents in there. Do you have a specific course and also do I need to register to access them?

Hi BV52,

It's not opening in some of android devices. And try to open that link in iphone or ipad. In those devices it's not loading.

Anything else that can help us isolate the issue. I was able to open the content using an Ipad.
