Hi,
How could I make a long answer response question that is not assesed. I want my students to input their responses, and be able to see the "desired/reccomended" response, but I do not want their responses marked as "correct or incorrect.
I have tried using a "fill in the blanks" question type and putting the desired response in feedback, but I am still getting the red/green, correct/incorrect notifications?
Any ideas much appreciated :)

Hi Brigitte!
Have you had a look at H5P Essay? If you provide a sample solution and deactivate the scoring in the behavioral settings, then I think it does what you want.

Hey Oliver,
Thanks for the suggestion. I just tried it attempted it. It has achieved the function I was after, however from my understanding you can only make "1 essay question" per H5P activity, as it is an activity type itself. I am looking to create 5-10 of these questions as part of one activity...Can we add essay questions to quizzes?
Thanks :)

Hi Brigitte!
Here's a follow-up. I created a ticket, so you can track the progress of the update of Essay. The update contains some changes that are necessary to make it suitable for Question Set. When the update is done, then including it to Question Set should be a matter of a few minutes.
Best,
Oliver
