Deleting videos and slides

I cannot delete a video or a slide from a presentation, I have the option to delete but the video does not delete from the slide, I have also tried deleting the slide that contains the video but it does not delete either.  Can anyone help?

Hi Pauline,

In order to give your bug report the best chance of getting answered, please include the following information:

  1. Steps to recreate the bug
  2. Platform you're using: Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle (version number would be helpful as well)
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type version
  7. Screenshots if it's a visual problem
  8. Error logs in browser console (Ctrl+Shift+J in Chrome).
  9. H5P file so that we can check it

The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you'll have a working solution!

I was right the first time it is definitely slide 18, it has the place holder for the video which I cannot delete, plus the slide will not delete.

I have good news. This has already been resolved in the new release. Please update your content libraries through the H5P hub and it should take care of the issue.
