Correct answers are shown as incorrect

Bugs in content types

Hi!

Could anyone help me with Fill-in-the-blanks assignment (H5P in Moodle 3.4). It shows me that all the answers I entered into blanks are incorrect, although they are 100% correct. Screenshot What could I do and why is it not accepting my answers?

Welcome to H5P!

From the screenshots that you provided it looks like you have the correct settings. In order to give your bug report the best chance of getting answered, please include the following information:

  1. Steps to recreate the bug
  2. Platform you're using: Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle (version number would be helpful as well)
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type version
  7. Screenshots if it's a visual problem
  8. Upload the H5P so that we can further check

The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you'll have a working solution!

Thank you for the quick reply. I am an ordinary user, not an administrator. But this H5P plugin is used in Moodle (version 3.4), the plugin was updated 2 weeks ago. The content type is Fill in the blanks. Since it used to work before (I use Fill in the blanks a lot in my courses), I guess it was a temporary anomaly.

And I found a solution: I created the same activity or content again (from scratch) and it works! So I deleted the one that didn'i work.

It's good to hear that it's working now. I suggest that if it happens again share the H5P so that we can look at it and so that we can find a way to prevent this from happening.
