H5P question The website cannot display the page

Bugs in content types

Hi there,

I am working on a lesson  and once I want to go to "edit" it, I get an error:

The website cannot display the page (error attached).

  1. So to recreate, we need to create a h5p, course presentation with 60 slides, save, then click edit;
  2. Platform you're using: Opigno LMS 1.25.0
  3. Desktop
  4. Tried all:  Chrome, Firefox, Mozilla
  5. H5P plugin version: I dont know (latest perhaps)
  6. H5P content type: h5p question, course presentation;

Hi Kristina,

Could you try opening your browser's console(Ctrl+Shift+J in Chrome) and look for any error messages?
Has this worked previously, and is it only for one of the content you've created or does it happen to all content? Are you still able to create content?

The error I got is "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Service unavailable (with message))".

Perhaps it is important to note that  Opigno is installed on our servers.

"Has this worked previously, and is it only for one of the content you've created or does it happen to all content?"

I was able to edit this lesson inteh past without any problems. Did not encounter such erros with other lessons.  The first time I got this sort of error is during editing this particular lesson.

"Are you still able to create content?" I am able to create new conetnt. the problem with this particular lesson is that it is not finalised and I can not edit it....and tehre are about 70 slides of hard work :)

This means that there's something wrong on the server side. The only way to figure out what this could be is by looking in the web server's error_log file.
