Question set - only three tools

Forums:

After updating I can only see three tools in the Question set: multiple choice, drag and fill in the blanks. Where is TRUE or FALSE or the others? Thanks! :)

This is a strange error. I've seen a similar issue once before when uploading content and then the culprit was another plugin overtaking the post request. What other plugins are you using?
