Interactive Video Not Playing on iPhone

Bugs in content types

Hi guys

Just wondering if there is a recent bug in the system.  I'm creating interactive video on my wordpress site, pulling the video in from AWS. I am using H5P version 1.8.4

On my Mac & iPad, the videos are still playing back fine. However, when I attempt to view the video on an iPhone it won't play back.  This was not the case a few days ago when I was viewing some content this way.  Is anyone else experiencing the same?

A few additional questions:

1. What browser are you using amd what version?

2. Does this happen to all your contents or a select few?

3. Please provide error logs if any.

Thanks for your prompt reply, I've just checked the footage again so I can answer your questions fully and the footage is now playing?! I was viewing the footage in Safari IOS Version 10.3. same as this morning and it appears to play now.

Not sure what the issue was, but everything is fine now.  Will keep you posted if it happens again, but thanks again for responding.
