Interactive Video Content unavailable in some browsers

Forums:
I have developed an interactive video which is embedded in a Moodle HTML page. I can view it successfully in Chrome on both a Mac and a PC. However in Safari on a Mac, and Firefox and IE on a PC I am told that Content is Unavailable.
Can anyone throw some light on what is happening here.

Sounds like a bug.
Hi Lilian,
It sounds like a bug, thanks for reporting.
Can you download the .h5p file and send it in an email to [email protected], where you also link to this forum post, and we will see if we can sort it out for you.
Thanks!

It sounds like you've only
It sounds like you've only added only one video format, i.e. .webm – be sure to add another ending in .mp4

Thanks. I have used the embed code from Vimeo video. It was uploaded by the tech team as a mp4. Not sure how to include the WebM format on video at the same time as mp4. Is that possible?

Great, you just have to press
Great, you just have to press the big box with the + again and add an extra file. The tool should be able to determine that it's the same video in another format.
