Saving Quiz (Question Set) not working

Hi,

When I try to save a Quiz Question Set when working on H5P's website, the window keeps saying 'title field is required' even though it is filled in. Upon trying to save, I get this:

Error

The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.

Hi dustinoflancaster,

I also encountered this issue earlier but it looks like it has been resolved. Can you try to save again and post here if you are still getting the issue.

Hello, 

I am  - it seems when I upload audio to a presentation I've created, it won't save. The audio file is an mp3, and is well below the file size limit. 

However, I did also try to create a Quiz (Question Set) and received a similar error after trying to make a quiz when using mathematical/probability symbols.

And the result is the same - cannot save.

I'm trying to reproduce this on another account but all the content saves successfully, so far. Is there anything specific I need to do? Did the presentation only include one slide with one audio?

Are you using any sort of special keyboard language or encoding? What web browser and operating system are you using? 

Would really like to be able to replicate this.
