results with video not update

Hi 

I dont know if it is a mistake of mine or not, but i am not able to see the results updated every time that i complete some of the content types that i have inserted in my interactive video.

ihave made a few tests among 8-10 and just only one time it was updated. I have test when i was logged in, when i was logged out, when i enter with a user demo account. And it only works one time when i was logged as admin, but only one time, i have tested as admin several times.

I am in a local wordpress instalation.

Whenever is possible,could you help with that, please .

Hi carlosgut,

In order give your bug report the best chance of getting answered, please include the following information:

  1. Steps to recreate the bug
  2. Platform you're using: Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle (version number would be helpful as well)
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type version
  7. Screenshots if it's a visual problem

The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you'll have a working solution!

Hi BV52

 

1º I just create a simple video first with a youtube link and then uploaded by myself, and i place some of the interacions, like chekboxes and others, but no results where collected.

2º I am working with wordpress, without ant plugin but h5p, and version 4.8

3º Desktop

4º Chrome

5º 1.8.4

6º video 1.16

7º Simply when i do some tests nothing is updated neither "myresults" or All H5P Content-> results

Hi,
An Interactive Video does not get its results updated before the complete video is played through. Try setting the time close to the end of the video, then play it until the end after you have answered some tasks and see if your results get updated then.

Now it works, i didnt know this important subject, that i had to finish the video.
