How to remove the "start" button at the end of the questionnaire?

If you are thinking about the "retry"-button, there's a setting in the editor (under "Behavioural settings") which makes it possible to disable this button.

How to limit the implementation of the questionnaire to 1 time per user?

There is currently no built-in functionality for this in H5P, but it could be implemented for the CMS you are using.

I have been unable to successfully disable the question set's retry button. I was able to disable the retry in the individual questions but I cannot disable the question set now.

Hi,

If you are talking about the retry button on the summary page, I don't think it is possible to remove that by configuration.
