Styling for multichoice questions

Is it possible to change the styling for multichoice answer feedback. At present an incorrect choice has a more distinct appearance and the only indication of what the correct answer should have been is a grey dot within a grey circle on the right. Using red and green borders or ticks and crosses would make the feedback a lot clearer.

This is probably an issue that can be resolved with CSS. I'm not sufficiently familiar with this to try, so any advice would be welcome.

Yes, you are spot on, it's solved with CSS. You can read the guide on how to do it in the documentation here.
