H5P Reporting Version

An xAPI extensions for H5P that allows you to specify which reporting module version is required to render the statement into a report.
The extension MUST be placed within the context part of the statement.
The extension MUST be a string on the form "{majorVersion}.{minorVersion}.{patchVersion}", e.g. "1.0.13"
