Quiz (Question Set)

I am new to H5P (but proficient with HTML and CSS if this matters but I think it does not).

Text field and multiple choice

How do I approach situations with several steps. e. g.:

1. Task: Translate the word "apple" to German and select the category which is most fitting.
2. Input: Freeform text field with validation.
3. Multiple Choice: fruit, vegetable, pasta, meat, milk, sweets

How do I build a task like this?

This is just the most simple combination question I can think of. Here are some more complex things I would like to build:

I've created a Quiz (question set) with nemeous various types of questions. The first multiple choice question does not show the actual question - just the answers (options) appear after publishing. I have deleted and added the question again, reordered the questions, etc. It is only the first question using the multiple choice option that doesn't show the actual question. Every other subsequent multiple choice question renders just the way it should.

Hi- I recently created a Drag and Drop inside a Question Set that, when an element is being dragged, shows a dotted line around the correct answer. I don't want the students to know what the correct answer is! Is there a way to turn that off? I'm working in Canvas.
