Interactive Video

We are using interactive videos in moodle.

They all have at least one single choice question and then a submit screen at the end.

A number of users are reporting that on certain videos the video freezes and they can't get to the submit screen.

Logging in to Moodle as that user, we can replicate the issue, but often if completing that activity on my own account it works fine.

An Interactive Video assignment was created in which several interactions (7 texts, 2 Single and 3 Multiple Choice questions) were added to a YouTube video (2:16 min). The display time of the last Multiple Choice question by mistake was set to 2:16 minutes (end of the video). After this, the interaction could not be viewed, edited, or deleted anymore.

I created an interactive video in Moodle. it seemed that I could view the video and answer the same question as many times as I wanted (as a student) before the activity closed. Each time I answered, only the last answer was visible to the instructor. He wants students to only be able to take the quiz once. We could not find a setting for that.
