Sequential/numbered Hotspots to reflect the importance of correct sequences

We have a requirement to add hotspots to images to depict a specific squence (eg. medical procedures that need to follow a specific order and where the hotspots are numbered with alpha/numerics). This is similar to using the Steps tool in Snagit for example (Step Tool | Snagit | TechSmith).

Image Choice - Multiple questions in wordpress

Hello Champs

Is there a way to create multiple "Image choice" questions in a single h5p file? I am using WordPress and I can create 1 "image choice" question in 1 h5p file but don't know the trick to create multiple questions. (Course Presentation won't help)

P.S: I have also seen/tried "Image choice - Rounds" by otacke but then that's again meant for single question. (though its excellent work)

Kindly guide if anyone has been able to create this.

Bugs in content types

1.The content types Image Hotspots and Find the Hotspot keep showing update available event after update (see attached screenshot or this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YPJ-dRMgyJ0). All other content types are updating as usual. Content type cache is up to date.  

2.Platform and version number.  Wordpress

3.Desktop

4.Browser: Chrome and Firefox 

5.H5P plugin version: 1.15.4

6.H5P content type : Image Hotspots and Find the Hotspot

7.Any browser console errors: n/a
