Documentation Tool- Submit not Working in Canvas

I am using the documentation tool in Canvas, and I've been unable to get the Submit button to do anything. I would expect that after a student fills out the document and hits "Submit", their document would be submitted for the instructor to review. When I hit submit, it does say "Your report was submitted successfully", but it doesn't send anything to the gradebook.
Steps to reproduce the bug:
1. Create Document Tool activity on h5p.com, including an export document page
Please allow exporting of "text" elements in the documentation tool. Kind of ridiculous this doesn't already exist.

Title says it all. Why can't we export the text elements in the documentation tool?
I am finding myself growing more and more frustrated with H5P because of small, odd inconveniences like this. I do not see any reason why this could not be a toggle-able feature.
