move or copy from H5P to my LMS server

been trying to search through the forum but dont see what I need. I have 'interactive vidoes that I have created through H5P account. We now have the Moodle Plugin so the content is stored on our server rather than the h5p.org site (which is demo server).
is there a way to move or copy the video (with questions) onto our Moodle Server?

Hi Jon,
To do this you have to download the H5P content and save it locally. Once done there is an option in Moodle to upload an H5P when creating a content.
