Hi jmansoor!Just to
Hi jmansoor!
Just to understand your issue: What's wrong about letting students submit at any time?
If I understand you correctly, all you require is to keep the star button disabled until the end of the video has been reached (and maybe to let the submit screen pop up at designated time codes even if prevent skipping is set). That'd very simple to implement by adding new options, but the H5P core team would have to agree to merge the code for that feature into the original code base. And if they do, code review and release by them would take some time. That's not something that I could influence even if I changed the code for you.
Best,
Oliver

I have already enabled
I have already enabled prevent skipping in the video. I'm using learndash to manage the h5p content. Learndash is using submit screen event of H5p to consider the completion of video. so the moment user click on submit on submit screen the student is allowed to goto next topic.
Similarly i'm using gamipress for gamification. the moment user submit in submit screen, gamipress point system triggers... this makes user submit many times submit screen and earn points.

Hi jmansoor!Ah, now I get it.
Hi jmansoor!
Ah, now I get it. Thanks.
As I mentioned: It would not be complicated to implement something like:
1) As an author, I want to be able to prevent users from submitting their answer until the video has finished playing.
and
2) As an author, I want to be able to allow submit screens from popping up even if the prevent skipping option is activated.
There are some service providers that you can reach out to. But again: I can't tell if and when the H5P core team would accept these changes to be included in the official code.
Best,
Oliver
