Right-aligned text and Adding Bullets and Numbers

Hello, 

I would like to present all my text as "right-aligned", however inspite of choosing right-aligned, the text editor, it always shows up as "center-aligned" in the output. 

Also, I cannot add any bullets or numbers for the text.  This is necessary for certain sections. 

Could you please let me know if this feature is available? I'm using the dialog cards to be specific.

I reported this bug 4 years ago, but it has not been fixed yet.
