Links with ampersands in URL embedded in videos break

I'm trying to add a link in a video (with interactions).  The URL for that link includes an ampersand, and when I test it - just within h5p.com - it renders the & in the URL as & which breaks the link.

Hi Rebecca!

There's already a pull request to fix the problem at https://github.com/h5p/h5p-link/pull/19 - but the H5P core team will have to find some time to review and release it.
