H5P Course Presentation & Interactive Video Loading to long

Hi Everyone,

I have the problem when adding h5p activity in to the course like Course presentation, Interactive Video, it's took me very long time for loding and suddenlly logout from mooldle autometicallly.

  1. Moodle 3.3.4
  2. Desktop
  3. Browser: Chrome, Firefox
  4. H5P plugin: 1.20.2 2020020500
  5. Screenshots as attahed

Please advise, how to check and fix this issue.

Hi narit,

How about the following:

  1. Any browser console errors
  2. Any PHP errors

Also if it worked before:

  1. Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.)
  2. Any recent changes to the browser you're using (new extensions, updates etc.)

Could you please guide me a bti, how can i check error as below

  1. Any browser console errors
  2. Any PHP error

Before i used H5P ver 1.17.10  it'swork but now i updated H5P to ver 1.2 got issues

Pleae see the attached of my H5P libralies in my moodle, Is it something wrong?

Hi narit,

  1. Any browser console errors (ctrl+shift+J or F12)
  2. Any PHP error (Follow the link)

The list looks normal since you have used H5P for quite sometime. It only means that there are still H5P contents that uses older libraries and will only use the newer libraries once you edit them.
