Timeline ISO 8601

The tool I am looking at for writing is going to be using H5P and for my purposes I need a timeline tool that is ISO 8601 compliant.  That means that it isn't just Gregorian based but can handle any type of timescale thrown at it, be it Julian, another planet's timescale, or a fictional timescale.
