Moodle 3.5 & H5P: doesn't work after correct installation

Hi!

After installation of H5P-Plugin I can access all the contents. But after clicking the button "Übernehmen" (Use ???) I only get the ongoing msg: "Loading, please wait". Nothing else happens, regardless of the content type.

Browser: Safar or Firefox (both newest versions)

Any ideas what could be wrong? I really would like to work with H5P.

Hi Oliver,

In order to give your bug report the best chance of getting answered, please include the following information:

  1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)
  2. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.
  7. Any browser console errors
  8. Any PHP errors

The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you'll have a working solution!

Thank you BV for your questions to clear the problem.

2. Moodle 3.5.10

3. Desktop

4. tested in Safari 13.05 and Firefox 72.02 (System MacOS 10.15.3)

5. I don't know which version. I installed it yesterday like described here: https://h5p.org/moodle (= using the Moodle Plug-in installation procedure; so I think the newest version).

6. I tried it with nearly every content type, but nothing worked. 

7. I do not get any error messages, just the message "loading, please wait" after trying to use the content (pls. refer to the screenshot).

1. Very easy: After installation, I can access the H5P activity as described on the page cited above. Trying to actually USE the activity leads to the problem described in 7.

8. I don't know, where to look for PHP errors. Sorry!

7. Errors in the browser console (ctrl+shift+J or F12).
