Memory Game doesn't work in Chrome or Edge

For months I've been having trouble with creating Memory Game exercises in the H5P Wordpress plugin. I've tried in both Chrome and Edge browsers and all I can see is the title box, nowhere to add the pictures, audio or text. The only way I am able to create this type of exercise is in Internet Explorer. However, now I am unable to use the audio recorder feature even in IE. Also, it's a big pain to have to switch to Internet Explorer every time I want to create a memory game. Is anyone else having this problem and has anyone found a solution?
