H5P Wordpress embed showing "Content unavailable." for some content

When I embed an h5p library (e.g. Image hotspot, presentations, drag and drop), the iframe just shows "Content unavailable." with an  h5p logo silhouette in the  background.

For example:
https://www.auburnonline.xyz/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=h5p_embed&id...

Hi Auburn Online,

I can see the content without any issues. Does this only happen for certain users?
