"Service unavailable" message
I'm having a problem with multiple-choice question types. The pages are slow to load and several of the ten multiple-choice messages on the page refuse to load and instead show an error message, as follows:
===========================================================================
Service UnavailableThe server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
===========================================================================
It isn't always the same questions that fail to load and the problem seems to occur no matter which browser I use. Here is a link to one of the affected pages:

Can anyone help me with this, please?

"Service unavailable" message solved (maybe!)
I tried disabling/deleting some of my WordPress plugins and the page loaded quicker, with no error messages. I guess one of the plugins was causing the error.

Hi John,
I think you are correct, the error message you are getting usually happens when the server is unable to handle the amount data it needs to process. If you encounter a similar issue I suggest that you check the browser console as it may give you additional clues to what could be causing the problem.

Hi John and BV,
I'm having the same problem. I'm getting an "503 Service Unavailable" error message once in a while when I'm editing a "Question Set" with 26 questions. I use H5P 1.15.0 in Wordpress 5.4.1.
However, on my installation deactivating plugins does not help. I have two plugins (H5P and Page-list) and cannot afford to deactivate them. :)
I'd be happy if somebody would have a workaround for this issue.
One question, though: Is the problem that updating the "Question Set" is a non-trivial task which requires to handle a lot of data? If so, could it it be fixed by compressing the data stream in some way or modifying the server's response time?
Many thanks in advance and best regards,
