How can the text be aligned to the right in the Hebrew language?

Hi shairomporat,

I'm afraid this is not possible currently H5P do not support RTL. The core team does not have much experience with RTL which makes it difficult to implement. The good news is that H5P is open source so if anyone with RTL experience can contribute the code the core team will be more than happy to implement it.
