Can I use H5P with ASP.NET core and angular (bootstrap or material)

Hello guys 

I'm a developer and I'm new here  I have some questions 

I hope that I can get my answers 

I have small SPA with ASP.NET core ( as backend with SQL server) and Angular 7 as frontend ( bootstrap or angular material)

so the first question is:

1- can I use H5P with ASP.NET core and show the contents in a frontend that made by Angular?

2- Do I need a plugin or I can just Import the tags in angular code?

3- If I can use H5p in angular, can I capture or read user click or answers?
