Problem with H5P on moodle viewing in Safari

Hello - we have received reports from a couple of students who are trying our H5P activities (we use the presentation content type) on their iphone or on an ipad. When opening the H5P (on MOODLE) using an iPHone (using SAFARI), the audio on the slide did not work, and the image on the slide did not display. This was reported by more than one student. A colleague tried to replicate the problem (I don't have apple products) she also experienced the same problem, but then refreshed, and things worked as they should. Has anyone else experienced this problem, and is there a bug (when used with safari on iphone/ipads?). Thanks!

Hi akask,

I am unable to reproduce the issue you mentioned above. 

In order to give your bug report the best chance of getting answered, please include the following information:

  1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)
  2. Platform and version number. Moodle version
  3. iOS version
  4. Browser: Safari version
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.
  7. Any browser console errors
  8. Any PHP errors
  9. Screenshots if it's a visual problem

If it worked before:

  1. Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.)
  2. Any recent changes to the browser you're using (new extensions, updates etc.)

The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you'll have a working solution!
