How to Implement H5P Interactive Videos In Angular 2

Hi 

You need a backend to store and build H5P content. H5P Core is built in PHP, and there are no nodejs ports as far as I am aware. It is entirely possible to build this though with some developer experience. You can check this page for more details.

Do you know any new open source solution with some new technology use in Angular can make Noteable video or tagging or do some job like Hp5 inside ?  Thanks
