Ability to control hotspot popup placement

In the hotspot interaction, we have the option for popups to either Cover the entire background or not. It would be nice to have the ability to control the popup's exact placements. Often I find the popup covers the section of the background image that I am discussing.

Hi watac!

There's a pull request for adding some customization to the pop-ups (limit the width, determining whether it should be left or right of the hotspot) at https://github.com/h5p/h5p-image-hotspots/pull/42, but the H5P core team will have to find time to review and to release it if they think it's a good contribution.
