Interactive video does not work. There is always error.

Hello, how nice to greet you. Please can you help me by telling me what happens with the interactive video. So far I have tried in the H5P repository and in Moodle and I can't make the video look, it always shows me this error: Video source is missing. Thank you very much and I hope your answer is prompt, since the university I work for uses this interactive video tool in all its contents.
