Get rid of Questions Answered at the end

How do I get rid of the Questions Answered star at the end of an interactive video? We don't need it.

Hi Julie,

To remove the submit screen, click on the star -> click on the default submit screen on the list -> you should see a pop-up for the default submit screen click on the "x".

That gets rid of it for a second, but I'm not the user. When the user or participant uses the interactive video, they will see the star. In other words, how can I get rid of it so the user doesn't see it?

That doesn't get rid of it permanently for the participant. I don't want the user to see it or click it.
