Request New Password Not Working

I was locked out of my account today and need to request to new password.  However, the request new password link in not triggering a password.  My account is old, and I may not have had a email attached to it. But trying it on other accounts does not work either.  Any ideas?

Can you try it again this is working on my end. Please note that the only way to request for a new password is through e-mail.
