Bugs in content types

Good afternoon; after upgrading to the most recent versión my moodle 3.3 site the contents don't load. Please help!

Hi,

In order to give your bug report the best chance of getting answered, please include the following information:

  1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)
  2. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.
  7. Any browser console errors
  8. Any PHP errors
  9. Screenshots if it's a visual problem
  10. Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.)
  11. Any recent changes to the browser you're using (new extensions, updates etc.)

The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you'll have a working solution!

Hi! This problem arose after upgrading H5P to the latest versión (1.16). My platform is Moodle 3.3.1 and PHP 7.1.26. I have checked with Firefox, Chrome and Safari. When I try to edit a content or create a new one the module doesn't load: the screen shows "please, loading content" and that is all. It is so in every content, not only in Dictation, as it appears in the image caption.

Hi jimenezna,

Thank you for the additional information. Can try checking if another plugin may be interfering with H5P. A security or theme plugin sometimes does this. If after disabling them the issue persists please check the browser console (On Windows and Linux: Ctrl + Shift + J. On Mac: Cmd + Option + J) if there are any errors.

Hi! Presently I use adaptable as main theme and it doesn't cause any problema. I have copied the error console in Mozilla Firefox. It is like this:

It looks like you have some scripts that are unrelated to H5P crashing, which in turn prevents H5P from running.
It looks like the issues are related to cross-origin headers. This could be due to your Content Security Policy.

Buen dia

El dia ade hoy desarrollando contenido por la opción de presentation, seleccione en opciones de comportamiento/ Activar el modo de Navegación Gestual y arraiz de esto NO me deja visualizar  la presentación, que da  la pantalla en blanco, aunque desde la edición puedo seguir trabajando. sabes como puedo desactivar nuevamente dicha opcion.

Hi ANACRUZ,

If I'm not mistaken what you enabled was the "Surface Mode" this cannot be disabled once enabled. If the user is seeing the blank screen can you please check if there any browser console errors.
