Installed on Moodle 3.1, got SSL error, no content types available

Hi all

I just installed the mod_hvp plug-in version 1.14 (2018113000) on Moodle 3.1.16 (20190114). During installation I got the warnings

× SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate
× Site could not be registered with the hub. Please contact your site administrator.
× The H5P Hub has been disabled until this problem can be resolved. You may still upload libraries through the "H5P Libraries" page.
Success

Now when I try to create h5p content I get:
Keine Inhaltstypen verfügbar
Es können keine Inhaltstypen aufgelistet werden, da Verbindungsprobleme zu H5P.org bestehen.

Obviously due to the error earlier. The Moodle site runs on a Comodo certificate with no problems on current Firefox and Chrome. Why? I must admit that, I am absolutely new to h5p.
