h5p.com LTI in OpenEdx Platform

Testing h5p.com and trying to use as LTI on the OpenEdx Platform. I can create and view as an instructor but in student view I get

"Error

Page Not Found

No content has been selected for this resource". Who can I contact for support?"

Anybody else using the LTI with Edx? Any advice?

When creating or after creating the content is there a button for inserting the content? (inside the H5P.com "frame")
If you're sure the teacher has inserted or selected content the problem could be the "LTI role mapping". I've never used edX so I don't know if there's a setting page for this but some LMSes do have the ability to map the LMS roles to specific LTI roles.

Also, note that you are using "Basic LTI". I highly recommend that you use Content-Item-Message or Direct Link when adding content to the LMS if that is available.
If there's no window to select content you can navigate to H5P.com in a different window, copy the link to the content you want to use and then paste that into the "LTI URL" field when adding content.
