Background opacity for draggables field type should be number, not text

Background opacity for draggables field type should be "number", not "text". This is not a bug as such, just illogical, as the field description reads "This should be a number between 0 and 100, where 0 means full transparency and 100 means no transparency".

Hi Papi Jo,

Yea, maybe the input field should be of type number.

It has not been implemented yet, because different browsers can behave differently with them.

I've created a comment in an existing Jira task, to look at it.
